No Netflix here (there is a similar thing with Rogers, a multimedia company in our area, but we're not subscribers to it). Maybe I'll find it at Blockbuster or something. Sounds like it might be fun to watch! So new, so naive...

Jennifer Lyon, who placed fourth on Survivor: Palau in 2005, died at her home in Oregon Tuesday night, PEOPLE has confirmed. She was 37. The reality TV star was first diagnosed with stage-three breast cancer a few months after she wrapped Survivor,

Next week, the 11th. I don't know that it is related to the Super Bowl or just happens to be that way.

I watched the little appetizer they had. Anybody else watch? Well these are just some observations...

Coach is already cracking me up. He is gonna be soooo devoured lol.

Cirie is my girl, but I still don't think she can win a challenge to save her life BUT she's one of the best social players I've ever seen.

I'm not understanding why Sandra is a "Villian" because her game was UTR. Like she said, her game was as long as you weren't voting for her you had her vote!

I wasn't a Rupert fan. I don't think Rupert ever really understood the game even after they put him in the best possible position he could be in with Tina & Ethan during All Stars. He still didn't get it but I guess apparently he didn't have to since they gave him a million anyways. I'm wondering if they'll "give" a million away again considering Russell is now a factor in the "favorite" dept...hmmmm....

I don't know how Jerry's stratedgy is going to work seeing how Parvarti(sp) has almost the same one.

It was good to see Ethan. I'm glad he's doing well!

I don't agree that the reason Survivor is so popular is because people had never seen anything like it before. I know the appeal for me was because I have seen it...all...my...life....It just amazed me that someone had actually captured it and put it on display.

The banter at the end between Richard Hatch and Russell had me laughing. That was funny!

I'm looking forward to the season. This should be fun!

The show was pretty fun last night. Especially if you have followed it through the years. When they said the 1st season was 10 years ago....it made me feel old!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!

This season should be a lot of fun!

Same here. I can actually remember reading about the show in a newspaper we got at the school where I was teaching. It came out before the filming even started and explained the premise of the show. I shared it with my students and we all thought it would be interesting to see how it worked. I surely didn't know that it would become one of my favorite shows!

I think it would have been good to bring back the ones who were injured and had to leave. But, then, they were mostly heroes.

Watched it. It was fun, but if I had missed it, I wouldn't have missed much.

I wonder why they did it. Was the season supposed to start this week, but after filming, they had one fewer episode for some reason? It just seems strange to have a 1 hour "infomercial" for the season.

I don't think it is any different then when they have the "catch up" episodes in the middle of the season. They normally start the spring season right after the super bowl. Maybe also to remind some of us of who a few of these players are.

I think that those who have already won a million, shouldn't get to go for a second million. But I will still watch

Yuk - Pavarti! I wonder how many times she will correct people in the pronouncing of her name?

For some reason Russel got an incredible amount of air time. We hardly saw some of the others. Didn't mind Sugar going home.

My favorites are Tom and JT, even if they have won before.

I'm loving it so far. Go Villains! The interesting thing is that the very nature of the game will turn some of the heroes into villains. And I also like that they picked some genuinely interesting heroes. This may not turn into a regular season where the bland robots vote off all the interesting people because they are pretty much all interesting.

You know, Boston Rob has grown up a bit. I really liked him on last night's episode. Soooooo......I was a bit shocked at the teaser for next week.

Good start!

I didn't like Sandra unhooking Sugar's bra. That's such dirty playing. And all the injuries already? Yikes!

I noticed that too with him. Maybe marriage and fatherhood changed him. 'wonder what happened to him ...it doesn't look good with the teaser.
